Terms of Service

Your content and your permissions

You retain ownership of the audio, projects, comments, and other content you upload or create ("your content"). These Terms do not give us ownership of your content.

To operate the Services, you grant Kuzic a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, back up, process, reproduce, stream, and play back your content, and to share it with the people and collaborators you choose. This license exists only so we can provide the Services and the features you ask for, and it ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for copies retained briefly in backups or as required by law.

Your responsibilities

When you use the Services, you agree that:

• You will only upload or share content that you own or otherwise have the rights to use and share.
• You will not use the Services for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive, and you will not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services.
• You will not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or reverse engineer or interfere with the Services except where the law permits.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use a service like ours).

Our content

The Services, including the Kuzic name, logo, branding, and software, are owned by Kuzic and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or to the Services themselves beyond the right to use the Services as permitted here.

Copyright and infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at support@kuzic.com with enough detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material. We may remove or disable content we believe in good faith to be infringing, and we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

Termination and suspension

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a real risk of harm or loss to Kuzic or others, or as needed to comply with the law. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to address the issue before doing so.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content will be preserved without loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuzic and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
